UNISON SOLUTION :

To supply a five stack 20mm Breeze All Electric Tube Bending Machine with automatic loading and unloading.

This machine programs a very low clamping force on the delicate end form, then sets different clamp forces on the hydroformed sections, and different forces again on the rest of the tube so avoiding any distortion.

Automatic loading was by using a rack loader with end form measuring in order to ensure correct loading of the part. An end datum ensured correct tube position prior to loading with a rotary arm.

The automatic unloading used a vibrating conveyor to remove the part out of the safety fence ready for collection.
